Ordering

FlashManEXE.com's store policies and ordering information are outlined below for your convenience. If you have any other questions not answered here, please send them to fmeshop@gmail.com .

Payment Methods Accepted

FlashManEXE.com only accepts money orders cashable in the United States and PayPal. No cash, C.O.D.'s, or personal checks are accepted.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is marked as "out of stock" it means that particular item is not available for purchase. We do not allow "back ordering", or placing an order for an item we don't have on the promise of sending an item as soon as it's in stock.

Order Shipping

Orders are shipped once weekly on each Tuesday. If a payment is received for an order before noon the previous Monday, the order will be mailed the subsequent Tuesday. If the payment is received after noon the previous Monday, the order will roll forward one week and be shipped the next earliest Tuesday.

Holding Orders

Orders cannot be held. Orders will be removed from inventory after payment has been received. If paying via a money order, the order will be marked as pending in inventory for one week. If the money order does not arrive within that period of time, the merchandise will be re-entered into inventory. FlashManEXE.com does not tolerate joke orders. We will blacklist repeated abuse of the ordering system.

Shipping Methods

Orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which arrives in two to five business days. Very large orders are usually shipped via Federal Express Ground if domestic, or shipped via USPS Air Mail if overseas.

FlashManEXE.com Order Process

1.) Send an e-Mail to fmeshop@gmail.com with the subject line "FlashManEXE.com - Order".

2.) Provide the following information: the items you wish to order; your payment method; and a valid mailing address for a shipping estimate. Shown below is an example order:

3.) Your order will be processed, and if we require any further information you will receive a reply along with a request for additional information. If not, then a total will be sent along with payment instructions. Please allow up to 48 hours before sending your e-Mail again.

4.) Once your payment is received, your order will be shipped the following Tuesday.
