FlashManEXE.com currently allows for both online payments through PayPal, and
mail-in payment.

The following is the
standard order process:
1.
Place your order via e-Mail (using the e-Mail link on the main
page), providing the item numbers and quantities of the items you wish to
order. Be sure to specify what payment method you’ll be using, as well as a
shipping location so we know how much to charge for shipping and handling. We cannot process an order
without this information.
2.
You’ll receive a response, usually with 24-48 hours (please be
patient), giving you a total and confirmation on your order. If you want to pay
via PayPal, an invoice will usually be sent along with your total, as well as
confirmation. (If any items are marked as out of stock {
}, you’ll be
notified of this along with your order and at that point you can choose to
replace the missing items with something else or cancel your order altogether.)
3.
Once your total’s been received, you can pay either via PayPal or
mail in a money order/check. If paying via PayPal, orders can be held up to 24
hours after the time the confirmation e-Mail is sent to you with your total.
Any unpaid orders will have the merchandise returned to inventory. If paying
via mail-in payment, an order will be held for up to one week before
restocking.
Please be
aware that “joke” orders are not tolerated. If orders are placed and cancelled
multiple times either through lack of payment or e-Mail correspondence, you run
a risk of being added to the store’s blacklist of customers. FlashManEXE.com
serves serious customers only.
4.
Once payment is received, your order will be shipped. Payments
received by noon on Monday will ship out on the following Tuesday, orders ship
once per week. Please let us know if your shipment needs to be expedited and
necessary arrangements can be made.
Please note we cannot
hold orders for longer than the specified times. We also are not able to accept
cash or any other form of payment.
